Provides 2.3 gallons per minute for water usage at 105 degrees fahrenheit (shower, laundry, or bathtub). Provides 2.0 gallons per minute for water usage at 115 degrees fahrenheit (1 sink or dishwasher not simultaneously). Not recommended in climate where average annual ground water temperature is less than 60 degrees fahrenheit. Features flow sensor to provide a constant output temperature, thermal cutout for safety, external temperature control knob, and solid copper heat exchanger. NOT DESIGNED TO ACCEPT PRE-HEATED WATER.
